For more than 30 years now, I have been professionally managing projects of all sizes, while guiding, training and coaching thousands of others to successfully manage their own. As a Baby Boomer with a Millennial mindset, I have learned a lot of tricks to transform both small and big things for the better.  I share my own style of agile, collaborative, co-creative project management and strongly believe that I can contribute to improving the world. And I believe that together, we can create a happier and more sustainable place for all of us. More about me, my values, and what I have done to develop and share knowledge with the people I have met on my journey.



Projects are the fabric of our lives

Life itself is a big project, a journey with a known beginning and a relatively unknown end. I have learned a lot living my projects and those of others, experiencing failures and celebrating and sharing successes. I am happy to help you avoid mistakes by using the strategies that took me a lifetime to integrate into my values, behaviors and best practices. I plan to write a second eBook, “GREEN” , to be published next spring 2015. This book will go beyond the Agile Mindset. It will be a personal look at agile and will propose to its readers a complete set of collaborative and co-creative project management principles and how-tos.
